Sigma Alpha Epsilon needs to expand and upgrade its Fraternity house on Purdue Campus. The project included a new entry vestibule, president’s wing, and second floor addition above dining room. New commercial kitchen with servery and renovated dining room. Interior improvements include renovations to the bathrooms for ADA compliance, laundry facility, new HVAC system with individually zoned controls for each study room with A/C, addition of fire sprinkler system to the entire building, upgraded plumbing system and new water main tie-in and LED lighting fixtures throughout. With all the renovation and addition the house will now accommodate 103 residents.
